It’s seldom that you hear people saying they are not busy. In fact, leading a busy life is arguably fashionable now, and even more so for millenials. With so much to do and information at our fingertips, we are developing a sense of wanting to achieve more. However, a busy life has its drawbacks, like increased stress and less sleep. With the ability and desire to do more, we find that we don’t have time for exercise.
