Resolutions time is over now, what’s left? Implementation!
Whilst people may have made resolutions on quite a number of things that are of priority, I am more interested in career decisions that you are likely to have made. My interest is sparked by the low success rate that these resolutions seem to achieve. For example, a study by the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania, USA, revealed that only 8% of people that set New Year resolutions actually achieve them. Now, this is an agonizingly low success rate. Having said this, surely you would like to see an improved success rate. So let us look at some simple suggestions that could make this happen.
