TThe industry norm for success when it comes to health & fitness is to focus on nutrition and the style of training.

Some would say cardio, others bodybuilding, others functional training, others bodybuilding, others high intensity interval training and so on. From a nutrition perspective there are those who advocate for Banting, others weigh-less and others advocate for a “balanced diet” and so the list goes.
