SEEKING GOD’S FACE

 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28

God gives strength to the weary. As we navigate our toughest year yet dealing with a pandemic, we find ourselves tired, weary and heavily burdened. And I hear God saying to us, come to me, trust in me because I will give you rest. First, we must believe His word and trust that He is our father and He knows best.

God knows our tomorrow, in other words the occurrence of 2020 did not catch Him by surprise. He has promised us that for every challenge, He will make a way of escape. We need to turn to God because He will surely fulfill His word. We ought to turn to God now more than ever. This global pandemic is nothing before God. We have to seek His face.
