Acknowledging the existence of women

We’ve been eagerly awaiting this moment, when we can somehow say the year is really into tune. Now that we’re gearing to the second quarter of the year, 2019 is definitely into our routine. Whatever we celebrated in 2018 can be celebrated again this year, but obviously with reflection on last year.

International Women’s Day celebration on the 8th March for one calls our attention to the continued importance of acknowledging the existence of women, their struggles and missed opportunities where the gap needs to be closed.
